Shawarma Wrap

Becoming the most popular wrap in the U.S. with it unique seasonings.  Grilled in a similar way to Greek Gyros, by stacking the marinated lamb, beef, or chicken on a vertical skewer.  Slowly grilled and dripping its flavorful juice to the bottom of the skewer in a pan, the chef slices the meat on a pita wrap, adds the condiments, and juices it up with some of the drippings in the pan.  And VOILA! You have a very delicious Shawarma wrap.
