  • Fresh Pita Bread – 1 Loaf
  • Teta Foods Garlic Dip and Spread – 1 tsp
  • Tomato – 1, cut into half-moons
  • Garlic Pickles – 2 Slices

Preparation/Method

  • Mix the Teta Foods Shish Tawook Marinade with boneless chicken breast and let it sit for at least half an hour.
  • Set the burners of the grill to medium-high heat. Pro tip- Grease the grate.
  • Cook the chicken for 7 to 8 minutes on each side. Make sure that the chicken (the star of this dish) is beautifully caramelized and marked. Rest for 5 minutes. Slice the chicken on a work surface.
  • Take the pita bread and spread it as much as possible by gently separating the two sides. Place two pita halves for each sandwich on the plate, overlapping them slightly.

Preparation/Method

Chicken Shawarma

  • In a large bowl mix together Teta Foods Shawarma Marinade, and ribeye meat.
  • Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Grill meat on medium-high heat, 6-8 minutes each side, or until fully cooked. Let cool and slice.

PIZZA (10-15 minutes)

  • Flour the surface & roll a thin or thick layer of the pizza dough as per your preference. Add a thin layer of olive oil. Bake dough at 375 degrees F for 10 mins.
  • In the meantime, chop onions and tomatoes.
  • Once the pizza is out, grate and add shredded cheese – Manchego, Mozzarella and Gruyere.
  • Next, add the cooked shawarma meat evenly. Add the vegetable toppings before putting it back into the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Let it cool.
